Context and Intent
MSP Technology Sales was founded to help managed service providers simplify hardware procurement through knowledgeable sales support and proactive order tracking. Andrew wanted a brand identity that clearly communicated expertise, trust, and a value-add approach to sales. The only fixed requirement was the company name; the visual direction was intentionally open.
Discovery
Through structured questionnaires, calls, and working sessions, we clarified the company’s mission and differentiators. MSP Technology Sales is not simply a hardware reseller. It serves as a strategic partner, tracking orders and notifying clients when it is time to recommend hardware replacements. These insights shaped the direction of a logo that would communicate trust, operational clarity, and proactive support.

Visual Identity
The primary mark centers on geometric forms representing computer hardware viewed from a dimensional perspective, such as servers, workstations, and thin clients. Surrounding these forms is a dark blue hexagon, subtly referencing packaging and the hardware procurement process itself. A green circular accent was introduced to suggest proactive notifications and growth, reinforcing the company’s value-add model. When viewed closely, the abstract forms also hint at the letters M, S, P, T, and S, embedding the company name within the visual system without relying on overt typography.

Typography and Color
Dark blue was selected as the foundation of the palette, signaling authority, stability, and expertise. A complementary shade of green introduces contrast while representing growth and forward momentum. Together, the colors balance trust with progress. The chosen typeface “Asap” is modern and approachable, with a versatile range of weights and styles suitable for digital and print applications. Its flexibility supports consistency across headers, body text, and brand materials. A concise color reference was created outlining exact Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and HEX specifications to ensure consistent application across environments.

Logo System and Applications
Once the primary mark was approved, the system was expanded to include horizontal and vertical configurations, as well as full-color and two-color variations for light and dark environments. Mockups across business cards, signage, and branded merchandise demonstrated how the identity performs in real-world contexts. Upon final approval, all production-ready files were delivered, including vector formats and defined color specifications to ensure future consistency.
